What is a missed call service for property managers?+
It answers the calls you can't, so tenants, landlords and applicants don't end up in voicemail. Call Catcher picks up by voice (Carl, our automated assistant) or by text, finds out who is calling, which property it's about and what they need, and puts it in a prioritised list for when you're back. You decide what happens next.
Is Call Catcher property management software?+
No. It's the call layer that sits alongside the software you already use. It doesn't replace it, and it doesn't make tenancy decisions, approve repairs or diagnose hazards. It captures the call and passes it to you, and the people on your team stay in charge of every decision. Enquiries reach you by text, email or the shared dashboard. Anything beyond that is confirmed case by case.
What happens when a tenant has an emergency?+
Carl introduces himself as your automated assistant, stays calm, takes the key details, and tells the caller what happens next. Calls you've defined as urgent are flagged to you straight away by text, and routine requests wait in the list. Call Catcher doesn't replace emergency services, so if anyone is in danger the caller should ring 111.
How much does it cost?+
There are text and voice plans, and you can start with a free trial. The current plans are shown on this page. There are no setup fees and no lock-in contract.
Do I need to change my phone number?+
No. You forward your existing number to Call Catcher when you're busy or out of the office. Setup takes about two minutes.
