Terms of Service

T.01

Who we are

Call Catcher is operated by Scaileboard Limited(NZBN 9429053271525), trading as Call Catcher. When you sign up, you're entering an agreement with us.

T.02

What we do

Call Catcher is a missed-call triage service for trade businesses. When your phone goes unanswered, our system sends an automated SMS to the caller on your behalf, captures their enquiry, and delivers a summary to you. You remain responsible for following up with your customers.

T.03

Your account

You must provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Call Catcher is for use by legitimate trade businesses operating in New Zealand.

T.04

Pricing & payment

Plans are billed monthly in NZD. Your plan includes:

  • Catch ($99/month): Missed call SMS triage, SMS alerts, live job card.
  • Catch More ($149/month): Everything in Catch, plus lunchtime digest (12:30pm) and EOD wrap (5:30pm).

No per-job charges. No surprise fees. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.

T.05

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by giving 14 days' written notice to hello@callcatcher.co.nz. Your service continues until the end of the 14-day period. We don't charge cancellation fees. Your phone number remains yours.

T.06

Fair use

Plans cover a single trade business. Use of the service to send unsolicited marketing messages, spam, or messages unrelated to genuine missed-call triage is not permitted and may result in immediate termination.

T.07

Liability

We'll do our best to keep the service running reliably. However, we don't guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for missed calls, lost jobs, or business losses arising from service outages or errors. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding month.

T.08

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by SMS or email with 14 days' notice before material changes take effect.
